  • What improvements and additions to the plugin will be made in the future?

    While we aren’t making any specific promises, you can rest assured that we are committed to constantly improving Render to the best of our abilities. We are very open to input on new features and have a very long list ourselves of ideas we believe will make Render even better.

    For now, you can see all of the issues and ideas we are considering and working on here. If you have your own ideas, feel free to add them there. Let your voice be heard because we are listening!

  • Will Render work with my theme?

    Yes! We’ve worked very hard to ensure that Render will function properly regardless of the theme you are using. That said, there are thousands of themes out there and not all of them are put together nicely. It is completely possible that some themes may do things that break or alter what Render does. If you believe this has happened, please share your problem with us on our support forum. We’ll take a look and let you know if the problem is being caused by Render or by your theme and, if possible, help you fix it.

    If it does turn out that the particular theme you are using is completely incompatible with Render and we are unable to remedy the problem, we will gladly refund your money.

  • Will Render work with WordPress multisite?

    You bet! Render is 100% compatible with WordPress single or multisite installs. At this time, there are no special features for multisite installations so network activating the plugin will only make the standard feature set available to all sites on your network. However, we may be adding some special multisite only features in the future.

    Please not though, that support is granted on a per-site basis. So if you are activating Render on multiple sites, even sub-sites on a network, individual licenses for each site will be required for support. Thank you.

  • What happens if I decide Render isn’t right for me?

    Just let us know within 30 days of your purchase and we’ll get you a full refund ASAP. That simple.

    If you really want to be awesome, you could tell us why Render didn’t solve your problems and what we could do to improve it. We will definitely listen to your feedback.

  • How can I suggest something for the plugin?

    If you have an idea for how the plugin could be improved, we would LOVE to hear it. All you have to do is go here, open a new issue and then describe your idea. We’ll respond as soon as we can with our thoughts and hopefully, work on bringing your idea to life.

    Feedback and input are extremely welcome so don’t be shy. Let us know how we can make Render even more awesome!

  • Is there a free version of the plugin?

    At this time, there is not. However, we are considering making a “lite” version of the plugin and releasing it in the future. This is not guaranteed but certainly under consideration.

    If you are genuinely interested in a slimmed down version of Render, please feel free to contact us and let us know what features you’d expect and desire to be included. We love getting ideas and feedback and the amount of interest would certainly have an impact on our decision.
